Louisiana Nurse Navigation Assistance (LANNA) is a patient navigation program that helps increase cancer screening rates in Louisiana, especially in underserved communities. Registered nurses provide personalized education and support to help people overcome barriers like transportation, language, and appointment scheduling. We ensure that every individual, regardless of where they live, income, or background, can get timely cancer screenings.
